Every family is running an operating system right now. Most don't know it. Most never wrote it down.
We sat with that idea for a long time. Then we tried to map our family's operating system on paper. Then we noticed the gaps. Then we rebuilt it, piece by piece, over two years of Sunday nights.
What came out of that exercise was eleven pillars. Every domain a family actually lives in. Nothing left out. Nothing pretending to be optional.
This is our map. It's not the only map. But it's the one we use. We're giving it to you because we wish somebody had given it to us ten years ago.

The eleven pillars live here, free for you to read and adopt. Trellis is the software we built to help families live them day to day. One without the other still works. Both together is what we're aiming for.
